Have We not made the earth a resting place?Muhsin Khan
Have We not made the earth as a bed,

Have We not made the earth as a wide expanse, Shakir
Have We not made the earth an even expanse?Dr. Ghali
Have We not made the earth as a cradling, (Or: level lands).Turkish
Biz yeryüzünü bir besik yapmadik mi?

And the mountains as pegs?

And the high hills bulwarks? Yusuf Ali

And the mountains as bulwarks?Turkish
Daglari da birer kazik kilmadik mi?

And We created you in pairsMuhsin Khan
And We have created you in pairs (male and female, tall and short, good and bad, etc.).

Sizleri çift çift yarattik.
