Surat Al-Fatĥ

Sahih International
And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.Muhsin Khan
And to Allah belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, He forgives whom He wills, and punishes whom He wills. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Pickthall
And Allah's is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. He forgiveth whom He will, and punisheth whom He will. And Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.Yusuf Ali

Surat Al-Ĥujurāt

Sahih International
Say, "Would you acquaint Allah with your religion while Allah knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and Allah is Knowing of all things?"Muhsin Khan
Say: "Will you inform Allah about your religion? While Allah knows all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, and Allah is All-Aware of everything.
Pickthall
Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Would ye teach Allah your religion, when Allah knoweth all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, and Allah is Aware of all things?Yusuf Ali
Say: "What! Will ye instruct Allah about your religion? But Allah knows all that is in the heavens and on earth: He has full knowledge of all things.Shakir
Say: Do you apprise Allah of your religion, and Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth; and Allah is Cognizant of all things.Dr. Ghali

Sahih International
Indeed, Allah knows the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is Seeing of what you do.Muhsin Khan
Verily, Allah knows the unseen of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.

Lo! Allah knoweth the Unseen of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is Seer of what ye do.Yusuf Ali
"Verily Allah knows the secrets of the heavens and the earth: and Allah Sees well all that ye do."Shakir

Surat Qāf

Sahih International
Have they not looked at the heaven above them - how We structured it and adorned it and [how] it has no rifts?Muhsin Khan
Have they not looked at the heaven above them, how We have made it and adorned it, and there are no rifts in it?
Shakir
Do they not then look up to heaven above them how We have made it and adorned it and it has no gaps?Dr. Ghali

Dr. Ghali
And We have been sending down from the heaven water blessed; so We caused to grow thereby gardens and a grain of harvest,Found in: Dr. Ghali

And We did certainly create the heavens and earth and what is between them in six days, and there touched Us no weariness.Muhsin Khan
And indeed We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in six Days and nothing of fatigue touched Us.

And verily We created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, in six Days, and naught of weariness touched Us.Yusuf Ali

Surat Adh-Dhāriyāt

By the heaven full of paths,

And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised.Muhsin Khan
And in the heaven is your provision, and that which you are promised.

And in the heaven is your providence and that which ye are promised;Yusuf Ali
And in heaven is your Sustenance, as (also) that which ye are promised.Shakir
And in the heaven is your sustenance and what you are threatened with.Dr. Ghali

Sahih International
Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.Muhsin Khan
Then, by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is the truth (i.e. what has been promised to you), just as it is the truth that you can speak.

And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is the truth, even as (it is true) that ye speak.Yusuf Ali
Then, by the Lord of heaven and earth, this is the very Truth, as much as the fact that ye can speak intelligently to each other.Shakir
And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth! it is most surely the truth, just as you do speak.Dr. Ghali

Sahih International
And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander.Muhsin Khan
With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof.

We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof).Shakir
And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample.Dr. Ghali

Surat Aţ-Ţūr

And by the Bait-ul-Ma'mur (the house over the heavens parable to the Ka'bah at Makkah, continuously visited by the angels);

On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motionMuhsin Khan

Or have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority.Muhsin Khan
Or have they a stairway (to heaven), by means of which they listen (to the talks of the angels)? Then let their listener produce some manifest proof.

Or have they any stairway (unto heaven) by means of which they overhear (decrees). Then let their listener produce some warrant manifest!Yusuf Ali

And if they were to see a piece of the heaven falling down, they would say: "Clouds gathered in heaps!"
Pickthall
And if they were to see a fragment of the heaven falling, they would say: A heap of clouds.Shakir
And if they should see a portion of the heaven coming down, they would say: Piled up clouds.Dr. Ghali

Surat An-Najm

Muhsin Khan
Will you then dispute with him (Muhammad SAW) about what he saw [during the Mi'raj: (Ascent of the Prophet SAW over the seven heavens)].

And how many angels there are in the heavens whose intercession will not avail at all except [only] after Allah has permitted [it] to whom He wills and approves.Muhsin Khan
And there are many angels in the heavens, whose intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He wills and pleases.
Pickthall
And how many angels are in the heavens whose intercession availeth naught save after Allah giveth leave to whom He chooseth and accepteth.Yusuf Ali
How many-so-ever be the angels in the heavens, their intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He pleases and that he is acceptable to Him.Shakir
And how many an angel is there in the heavens whose intercession does not avail at all except after Allah has given permission to whom He pleases and chooses.Dr. Ghali

Sahih International
... belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the ... Muhsin Khan
And to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, that He may requite those who do evil with that which they have done (i.e. punish them in Hell), and reward those who do good, with what is best (i.e. Paradise).
Pickthall
And unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth, that He may reward those who do evil with that which they have done, and reward those who do good with goodness.Yusuf Ali
Yea, to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: so that He rewards those who do evil, according to their deeds, and He rewards those who do good, with what is best.Shakir
And Allah's is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, that He may reward those who do evil according to what they do, and (that) He may reward those who do good with goodness.Dr. Ghali

Sahih International
Then We opened the gates of the heaven with rain pouring downMuhsin Khan
So We opened the gates of heaven with water pouring forth.
